Refund policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All our items are inspected and documented before shipment. We have 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the original box inside a protective shipping box undamaged, unworn unmarked and unscratched. All original tags attached to being returnable condition, dust bags or linen bags included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof or purchase.
To start a return, please contact us first via store@yaelnadiv.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question via store@yaelnadiv.com.
Returns from Switzerland should be sent registered to:

Returns from the US, Canada or other countries:

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method and will take up to 14 working days to process. Please note that returned items from EU countries or from overseas will be refunded excluding our original cost of shipping and will cost 25 Euro. This will be deducted from your original payment. (This charge does not apply for damaged goods).
