Shipping policy

Yael Nadiv Jewelry online store delivers free of charge in Switzerland. For deliveries to the European Union a shipping fee will be charged. Deliveries are made by Swiss Post and GLS. Currently, we ship only to Switzerland and the European Union. For international orders shipped to customers in the US, Canada and other countries please contacts store@yaelnadiv.com prior to ordering.

Processing

We aim to process your order within 48 hours pending on product availability and credit verifications. Delivery time will amount to approximately 2-7 working days following dispatch of the goods.

Please bear in mind that time frames are an estimation and can sometimes take a little longer due to customs or shipping company.

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email providing you the tracking information.

Delivery fees

The final price of your purchased item(s) always includes Duties & Taxes: Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). The item(s) you have ordered are inclusive of all import and VAT duties. This means you will not receive a duty bill from the shipper to receive your order. If the shipper does request any further duty please contact store@yaelnadiv.com
